At Anna George Salon Chicago, we accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. Please note that within 24 hours of the service at our hair salon on Michigan Ave, cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost.

Refund Policy

At Anna George Salon & Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our services, all sales for salon and spa treatments are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and offer a solution, which may include a complimentary adjustment or follow-up service at our discretion.

 

For retail products purchased in-salon, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards. If you have questions or concerns about a service or product, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist you.
